RAW District is a mixed-use urban lifestyle development by Imtiaz Developments, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in downtown Jebel Ali, Dubai. Finishing and materials
Interiors are deliberately raw and unrefined in aesthetic, reflecting an industrial-chic sensibility. Exposed concrete walls, large-format stone-finish tiles, and textured plaster surfaces define the residential palette. The clubhouse features marble flooring and polished steel surfaces. Layered lighting systems, acoustic detailing and smart home integration are incorporated throughout. Custom joinery is produced in-house by Imtiaz's own manufacturing division.
Kitchen and appliances
Residences feature open-plan kitchens with integrated appliances and stone-finish island countertops. Smart storage solutions are built into the cabinetry design. Specific appliance brands are not disclosed in the brochure.
Furnishing
All residential units are delivered fully furnished. The design approach prioritises ease, function and quiet quality — minimal by design with curated furniture pieces, statement rugs, and art installations.
