River Cove Residences is the apartment component of the Sobha City Abu Dhabi masterplan — Sobha Realty's debut in the UAE capital. It is the waterfront address of the development: two towers overlooking the canal, with direct access to the marina and the 2 km promenade.
Floorplates range from 1-bedroom units (566–609 sqft, from AED 1.31M) to 2-bedroom units (1,013–1,212 sqft, from AED 2.40M).
