Mira Coral Bay is the world's first waterfront community built around multiple international brands, developed by Mira Developments in partnership with Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah's master developer behind the emirate's large government-backed projects — the same context that will welcome the Wynn Al Marjan resort in 2027, twenty minutes from the site. Richmond Residences is the first phase: 293 homes designed by British fashion designer John Richmond, from the material palette to the furniture, delivered fully furnished and ready to live in or let.
